TRANSTECK, INC.JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title: Inside Counter Sales RepJob Reports To: Parts ManagerExempt or Non-Exempt: ExemptFull-Time or Part-Time: Full TimeJob Summary:Position with primary responsibility for sales and customer service for inside Parts sales.Essential Job Functions:Counter/Phone SalesMeet sales and gross profit margin goalsOrder parts according to dealership proceduresMaintain special order parts for service departmentResolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer serviceMaintain a clean and safe work areaOngoing OEM training to stay current with parts changesProvide written quotes to customers as needed.In addition to the essential functions listed above, the employee is expected to exercise honesty, integrity and respect with all clients and co-workers, maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, demonstrate a positive attitude, communicate effectively with co-workers and clients, work with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail, respect the work environment and keep it as neat and clean as possible, and exercise initiative to learn new skills and tasks and to help co-workers when possible.
