Job Overview Our client in the Restaurant & Hospitality industry is currently looking for an experienced F&B Director for his two Restaurant operation at The Hilton Garden Inn Condado. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of food production, service, and management across multiple outlets, ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will inspire teams to deliver memorable dining experiences while maintaining operational excellence. Duties Lead and manage all food and beverage departments, including restaurants, catering, banquets, and specialty outlets, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance food quality, service standards, and operational efficiency across all venues. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to recipes, presentation standards, and food safety regulations. Supervise kitchen management activities such as shift management, inventory control, food handling procedures, and staff scheduling. Collaborate with culinary teams to innovate menus that reflect current trends while meeting dietary restrictions and customer preferences. Maintain compliance with health codes and safety standards related to food production, handling, and sanitation practices. Provide leadership in managing customer service initiatives to ensure a welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations. Oversee training programs for staff on culinary techniques, food safety protocols, hospitality standards, and service excellence. Monitor financial performance through budgeting, cost control measures, and revenue enhancement strategies. Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional growth in areas such as culinary experience, serving skills, barista or coffee expertise, catering operations, and hospitality management. Experience Proven management experience within the food industry with a focus on restaurant management or hospitality management roles. Extensive background in food production, cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen management. Demonstrated supervisory experience leading diverse teams in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or catering services. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and sanitation. Experience with shift management in high-volume settings including banquet or catering operations. Familiarity with culinary trends including dietary accommodations and specialty cuisines is preferred. Previous experience working in hospitality environments that emphasize customer service excellence is highly valued. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards of quality and safety across all operations.
