If you are ready for your next career move, apply today!Key ResponsibilitiesLead all accounting and control functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and compliance with SEC requirementsMaintain an effective enterprise‐wide system of internal controls and oversee SOX complianceDevelop and implement harmonized financial reporting systems, policies, procedures, and controls across the organizationOversee external reporting, subsidiary accounting, tax compliance, and statutory filingsEnsure adherence to U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and other applicable accounting standardsServe as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on accounting, reporting controls, and the financial implications of business initiatives or transactionsParticipate in financial due diligence, integration activities, and quality‐of‐earnings assessments tied to M&A activitySupport capital market filings and interactions with external auditorsMaintain and enhance ERP systems and financial technology infrastructureLead modernization efforts to improve efficiency and streamline financial processesOversee tax planning, reporting, and collaboration with operations on indirect tax mattersBuild, develop, and mentor a high‐performing accounting teamEducation & Qualifications15+ years of progressive accounting leadership, including significant experience in a public‐company environmentDeep expertise in U.S. GAAP, IFRS, SEC reporting, and SOX complianceActive U.S. CPA requiredBig 4 experience strongly preferredExperience leading accounting operations at scale and modernizing systems/ERP solutionsProven ability to partner with executive leadership, auditors, and Audit CommitteesStrong communication, organizational, and decision‐making skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and uphold high professional standardsPreferred AttributesHands‐on leadership style with strong executive presenceDemonstrated success driving change and improving processesExperience in industrial, manufacturing, or technology‐driven environmentsStrong computer skills and familiarity with document management and redlining toolsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary of $300k‐$350k+ (depending on experience)Bonus opportunity of 20‐50%Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision InsurancePTO, paid holidays, and sick time401(k) retirement planLife insurance, pet insurance, and more!#J-18808-Ljbffr
