A leading healthcare organization is hiring a Product Manager to support a global capability team. This Temp role is based in a remote environment. Join a dynamic company focused on reimagining customer experiences through innovative digital content solutions.Contract to 12/31/26 + extendHybrid onsite in Mountain View, CAResponsibilities:Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for content infrastructure, aligning with global priorities.Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure requirements meet business objectives.Lead discovery efforts by engaging directly with users to gather insights and validate solutions.Prioritize platform enhancements, governance improvements, and workflow efficiencies to support content reuse and automation.Monitor product adoption and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure alignment on content standards and strategies.Develop detailed business cases for new platform features and investitures.Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation for new processes.Manage and optimize budget allocations dedicated to content infrastructure projects.Monitor industry trends to recommend innovative solutions and best practices.CQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, technology, or science.Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries.At least 6 years of experience managing content operations, DAM/CMS platforms, or content governance roles.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage product roadmaps within an agile environment.Strong understanding of digital asset management, medical content management, and content governance standards.Proven experience implementing enterprise content management systems within regulated environments.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or project management are preferred.Perks and Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.Life Insurance.401(k) Program.Commuter Benefit.eLearning and Ongoing Training.Education Reimbursement.Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply today!
