Job Description Temporary Receptionist – Magnolia Office (Campbell & Company)We are seeking a dependable and personable Temporary Receptionist to support our Magnolia office. This position plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and professional first impression for our clients while helping maintain smooth day to day operations.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact by answering incoming phone calls, greeting walk in clients, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team membersManage front desk activity, including directing foot traffic and ensuring clients are assisted in a timely and courteous mannerAccept and process client payments accurately and securelyProvide general administrative support such as scanning, filing, data entry, and handling incoming and outgoing mailAssist account managers and service staff with basic support tasks as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environmentQualifications:Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanorAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced office settingBasic computer skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling paymentsDependable with a strong work ethic and team oriented mindsetThis is a temporary position designed to provide additional support and coverage for the Magnolia office.
