The hours will be Monday – Friday from 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM. (The schedule may require some flexibility)POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:The Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for the following:Leads processes to identify, attract, reward, and retain a high-quality workforce.Strong use of Excel spreadsheets, Outlook, Teams, Assist with Safety programs, investigations, and any related administrative tasks.Facilitate and manage projects.Maintains a positive work environment and high employee engagement.Responsible for identifying, coordinating, and supporting training and development opportunities.Oversee on-site Onboarding and Training for new hires.Will provide the first report of injury as needed.Enforce company policies/ procedures and corresponding work instructions with internal and external customers.Required Experience:A minimum of three (+) years’ experience in Human Resources.Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in SpanishExperience and understanding of progressive disciplinary action process.Ability to work independently (with minimal oversight) and effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment.Ability to handle employee records and materials securely and confidentially and ensure the privacy and confidentiality of all employee information.Proactive problem-solving ability and strong strategic thinking skills.Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related HR field.Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP would be nice.Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
