This unit specializes in stepdown care and is equipped to handle complex patient needs with a team-focused approach.Responsibilities Medication administration. Perform assessments and develop care plans. Manage a patient ratio of 3:1 on stepdown shifts and 6:1 on night shifts. Collaborate effectively in a team environment. Engage in communication with patients and their families regarding care plans and treatment options.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current state nursing license. Current certifications for MMR, Hepatitis B, TB Test, Varicella, Tdap, and Fit Test. Driver's license or state ID. Completion of agency background check and drug screen.
