Midwest Project Management Intern - Summer 2026

What We Are Looking ForAldridge is seeking a Project Management Intern to join our dynamic and energetic team. This role will assist project management with administrative and operational duties that support project planning, execution, and closure.What You’ll DoDuties Include:Assisting in coordinating the project team as directed by the teamPromoting safety on the jobsite, and working closely with the Safety Department to ensure that any safety issues are addressed properlyAdvocating the corporate quality program and assisting with the tracking and administrative aspects of our quality program components, including pre-job planning templates, task lists, and roles and responsibilitiesSupporting excellence in project execution through a multitude of tasks, including procuring tools, ordering and tracking material, documenting project costs, and interfacing with subcontractors and customersLearning and demonstrating our core competencies including adaptability/flexibility, customer focus, decision making/judgment, initiative, and qualityWho You AreEnrolled in a college or universityWilling to work in a variety of roles depending on the needs of the departmentSolution oriented, problem solver with a hands-on and team-oriented attitudeOrganized and have good communication skillsAbility to relate to a diverse group of individuals throughout the organizationBasic computer knowledgeCumulative GPA of 3.0 or above, preferredDemonstrate genuine interest in the construction industryWho We AreAt Aldridge, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic team, where your skills are not only valued but crucial to our success. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for a bonus.
