Lead Business Systems Analyst

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Trintech Frontier (Fiserv), experience leading system upgrades and deployments, and the ability to collaborate cross‐functionally with technical and business stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills, application lifecycle experience, and hands‐on involvement in testing and release processes.Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for system enhancements and upgradesAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teamsSupport application upgrades, system deployments, and release management activitiesCreate and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows in JiraCoordinate and execute testing efforts (SIT/UAT), ensuring system stability and qualityIdentify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancementsProvide production support and troubleshoot system‐related issuesQualifications 7–10 years of Business Systems Analysis experienceStrong understanding of enterprise financial systemsExcellent stakeholder communication and documentation skillsExperience working in Agile environmentsSignificant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
