About the Role  Ginger is looking for a passionate and skilled Pizzaiolo. In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Pizzaiolo Master to prepare high-quality pizzas using traditional methods and fresh ingredients. You will help ensure the smooth execution of daily prep and pizza production while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, consistency, and teamwork. What You Will Do  Assist with dough preparation, portioning, and stretching Assemble pizzas using fresh, prepped ingredients Cook pizzas in wood-fired, gas, or electric ovens as directed Follow recipes and instructions from the Pizzaiolo Master Ensure pizzas are consistent in taste, appearance, and quality Maintain a clean and organized pizza station Prep ingredients (slicing, grating, portioning) for daily service Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Support the culinary team as needed with additional kitchen duties Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service About You  1+ year of experience working in a professional kitchen preferred Basic knowledge of pizza preparation or eagerness to learn Ability to follow direction and work in a fast-paced environment Good attention to detail and commitment to food quality Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to work flexible hours Valid Food Handler’s Certificate preferred Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks Physical Requirements   Able to stand and walk for extended periods Able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly Ability to reach, bend, and move frequently throughout shift Must maintain regular and reliable attendance Compensation: $22 - $25 NOTICE TO THIRD PARTY AGENCIES   Please note that Ginger does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or employment agencies.
