Supplemental InformationHourly Range$32.69 - $42.00 Hourly ($68,000 - $87,360 annually) MHP career levels 2,3,4 (DOE & Licensure)Through the MHP Career Ladder, we support the continual growth of our MHP's and assist in obtaining additional experience and licensure, resulting in salary increases. Training and Supervision:Weekly supervision with your Clinical Supervisor Clinical Supervision for Licensure Who should apply?Mental Health Professionals with a Master's Degree in counseling, social services or closely related field and two (2) years of experience providing direct service to those with mental illness.Licensed Agency Affiliated Counselor Certification with Department of Health (DOH) or ability to get within 30 days of hire date. Our Goals:Deliver whole person, integrated care in coordination with our partnersAssure timely access to high quality behavioral health services and follow through with meeting needsProvide 24/7 access to services to all we serveListening to our Community Some of what you will do:Provide effective outpatient behavioral health therapy, including individual, family and group therapy to treat a broad array of behavioral health disorders Clinical services are provided with emphasis on evidence-based, outcome-oriented treatment Develop a comprehensive initial treatment planReassess existing clients, including adapting treatment plans to better help meet clinical goalsActively engage natural and formal supports in treatmentProvide case-management services as necessaryConsult with relevant community agencies and participate in multi-agency support teams on behalf of individuals in servicesOversee therapeutic and case-management services, which may be provided by case managers or peer counselors for those clients assigned to the Therapist Why you should work in Lewis County:Lewis County combines historic, small-town charm with all the amenities of a growing community.
