ABA Center Manager

Location: East Contra Costa (Antioch, CA)Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:30 AM to 8:00 PMLanguage Requirement: Bilingual Spanish/English (Required)About The RoleThe ABA Center Manager will oversee daily operations at our Antioch center, working closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and a professional, welcoming environment for clients, families, and staff. Prior experience in a managerial role within an ABA or behavioral health setting is strongly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee center operations, scheduling, and staff coverageSupport client intake, enrollment, and overall family experienceEnsure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable regulationsMaintain facility standards, inventory, and center organizationSupervise staff, support performance management, and collaborate with Clinical ManagersTrack operational metrics and provide regular reportsQualificationsBachelor’s degree (Required)Spanish fluency (Required)2+ years of management experience in a clinical or ABA setting (preferred)Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsRequirementsValid Driver’s LicenseDOJ & FBI fingerprint clearanceBachelor’s degreeSpanish fluencyApply today and start a meaningful career that changes lives, including your own.
