Senior Trial Attorney

They offer a collaborative, people-first environment, outstanding benefits, and strong long-term career growth opportunities.In this role, you will manage high-value litigation matters from intake through resolution, with a strong emphasis on expert witness depositions, litigation strategy, and client advocacy.ResponsibilitiesHandle personal injury and litigation matters from start to finishConduct and lead expert witness depositionsDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memorandaPrepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and depositionsReview medical records and evaluate liability issuesCollaborate with medical experts and internal litigation teamsProvide ongoing guidance and communication to clients throughout the case lifecycleQualificationsActive California Bar license requiredStrong litigation experience required (medical malpractice experience highly preferred)Proven experience handling expert depositionsExperience drafting pleadings, motions, and discoveryStrong courtroom, deposition, and hearing exposureExperience reviewing medical records and liability analysisExcellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skillsPreferred QualificationsPersonal injury litigation experiencePlaintiff-side firm experienceSpanish fluencyExperience handling high-value or catastrophic injury matters
