We’re looking for a hands-on Franchise Training & Development Manager to lead the successful launch, training, and performance of new franchise locations.This role is critical to our growth. You will be responsible for taking new franchisees from onboarding to fully operational, while ensuring their teams are trained to execute at a high level — both in service quality and revenue generation.You won’t just teach processes — you’ll install standards, build systems, and drive performance.WHO YOU AREYou are an operator and a trainer — you know how to teach and implement, not just explainYou have strong knowledge of detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coatingsYou understand how to create efficiency in mobile service-based businessesYou are confident leading teams and holding people accountable to standardsYou are proactive, organized, and thrive in fast-moving environmentsYou are comfortable traveling frequently and working hands-on in the fieldWHAT YOU’LL OWNFranchise Launch & OnboardingLead new franchisees through setup, launch, and operational readinessEnsure each location is fully equipped, staffed, and aligned with company standardsBuild repeatable systems that allow franchises to scale efficiently from day oneTraining & DevelopmentTrain franchise owners and their teams on detailing services, including standard detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coatingsEducate teams on product knowledge, tools, and best practicesImplement operational systems for scheduling, job execution, and service consistencyCreate clear SOPs and ensure adherence across all locationsRevenue & Sales TrainingTrain teams on upselling and cross-selling services in a mobile detailing environmentDevelop scripts, positioning, and strategies to increase average ticket valueCoach franchise teams on converting customers into recurring membershipsEnsure every location is focused on maximizing revenue per clientPerformance & Quality ControlMonitor franchise performance and identify gaps in execution or efficiencyConduct on-site visits and audits to maintain brand standardsContinuously refine training systems based on field feedback and resultsYOU’LL THRIVE HERE IF YOUEnjoy building systems and seeing them executed in the real worldTake pride in developing teams that perform at a high levelAre both detail-oriented and big-picture focusedLike being in the field, working directly with franchise owners and teamsWant to play a key role in scaling a premium mobile service brandHOURS AND COMPENSATIONFull-Time — Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMTravel: Required (all travel expenses covered)Compensation:Competitive base salary (based on experience)Performance-based bonuses tied to franchise success and revenue growthLong-term growth opportunities as the franchise network expands
