Job Description: Conduct regular visits to OB GYN offices and other referring providers to promote our services, establish partnerships, and strengthen existing relationshipsOrganize and manage educational opportunities (i.e., webinars, seminars) for referring providers and potential patientsUse market and competitive intelligence as well as internal data, create and maintain territory call routing plan to achieve goalsMaintain accurate records of visits, interactions, and partnership activitiesTailor messaging and strategy based on US Fertility service differentiators, knowledge of territory, and evolving market factorsDrive annual territory competitive analysisAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategies and identify growth opportunitiesWork closely with US Fertility physicians to establish individual account strategy & target accountsMaintain up-to-date records and contact information for each provider account in SalesforceMonitor referral volume and tailor strategy and prioritize activity based on dataLeverage industry partners and local employers as applicable to enhance referrals, expand reach, and grow brand awarenessWork with the marketing team to design and deliver territory-specific provider collateral tailored to local needsDeliver weekly activity reports and monthly expense reportsManage field territory budgetBe prepared to speak to referral results and trending at quarterly director/physician meetingsMaintain professional, fertility and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networksRequirements: BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Liberal Arts & Sciences2 years experience in medical/service sales preferredWomen's healthcare pharmaceutical sales preferredMust live within geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distanceTime and territory management skillsFamiliarity with local market and health systemsStrong technical skills – Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Salesforce, Power BIAbility to leverage data to drive field prioritiesSelf-motivated, independent workerDemonstrated success in influence and negotiation skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong verbal, interpersonal and listening skillsBenefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchTuition assistance and professional development supportPerformance-based bonus opportunitiesGenerous paid time off, paid holidays, and paid parental leaveLife and disability benefitsFertility Discount ProgramEmployee wellness and recognition programs
