Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Receptionist role based in Hendersonville, TN. The Medical Receptionist will manage front desk operations, including greeting patients, checking them in and out, and answering phone calls professionally. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the medical office. The receptionist will also assist in verifying patient information and providing administrative support to the clinical team. Qualifications Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and familiarity with scheduling softwareStrong Phone Etiquette and the ability to handle patient inquiries courteouslyExperience with Receptionist Duties, such as greeting patients and managing front desk responsibilitiesUnderstanding of Medical Terminology and healthcare operationsKnowledge of Medical Office procedures and processesExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPrevious experience in a medical or mental health setting is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office management or medical administration are a plus
