Treating every client as the top priority, we customize our solutions and services to align with the unique needs of each client.Job DescriptionJob Title: - Desktop Support Analyst (513708)Location: - Sunnyvale, CA (94085)Duration: - 1 YearJob Description: -The Desktop Support Analyst is responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the Microsoft Windows and Mac OS computers, peripherals, iPads, and associated peripherals, including AV equipment. The Desktop Support Analyst will report to the Manager of IT Support and will work closely with other members of the technology department to support all end users.ResponsibilitiesSet up, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS computers, as well as iOS devices in a networked environmentInstall and configure softwareSet up and configure printers, scanners, and other peripheralsMaintain and troubleshoot audio visual equipmentDocument issue resolution using the help desk ticketing system, document knowledge base and other articles in SharepointMaintain inventory of all hardware and software resources and partsMaintain excellent communication with all end users and other members of the technology departmentWork with outside vendors as neededThis person will be also doing user educationExecute other assigned tasks as delegated by the Manager of IT SupportRequirementsAbility to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical peopleAbility to recognize, analyze and effectively solve problems in a timely and organized manner using industry best practices and proceduresAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment2+ years setup, configuration, troubleshooting of hardware and software (Windows and Mac OS)Experience working with O365, SharePoint and Office 2013Some knowledge of TCP/IP networking, and related network services (i.e. DNS, SMTP, DHCP, etc.)Some knowledge of Active Directory concepts and administrationSomeone who is comfortable working in front of executivesExperience working with laptops – will be supporting at least 700 laptopsExperience with Avaya or similarSoft skills required for the job: Customer oriented person, positive and friendly attitude, patient, polite, problem-solver by nature, highly conscientious and persuasive.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.J-18808-Ljbffr
