The pharmacy has experienced clinical staff dedicated to providing "high touch"​ care for patients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Business Development Manager that will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities with prescription weight loss medication. This market has been exploding in the recent year. Many patients are taking either compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide and are losing weight, lowering their AIC, and avoiding chronic diseases like diabetes.Physicians are looking for a reliable pharmacy to send patients. The ideal candidate will prospect medical offices and provide information to physicians and nurse practitioners about our sterile compounding products. Training will be provided.The position is inside and outside sales. The ideal candidate will work from the office, call on prosspects, and schedule meetings. Then visit these medical offices to provide information and conduct presentations.QualificationsBusiness Development, Sales, and Relationship Management skillsExperience in the healthcare industry or pharmacy servicesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrategic planning and market research abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of sterile compounding therapies is a plusExisting Book of business including relationships with physiciansBase salary is based on the above factors and is accompanied by a lucrative trailing commission plan.Mileage Reimbursement included.
