The Role
We are looking for a creative and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to bridge the gap between our technical expertise and our growing customer base. You will be responsible for managing our brand presence, generating leads for our residential and commercial services, and ensuring our "customer-first" message reaches the right audience.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Capture "on-the-job" photos and videos of our technicians (lighting installs, panel upgrades, etc.) to create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Digital Presence: Manage and update the company website and Google Business Profile to ensure services, service areas, and contact information are current.
Review Management: Proactively follow up with customers to secure reviews on platforms like Google, while maintaining our high rating.
Local Marketing: Coordinate local sponsorships, community events, and physical marketing materials (trucks, yard signs, and direct mailers).
Campaign Management: Launch and track seasonal promotions (e.g., outdoor lighting in Spring, generator maintenance in Fall) via email newsletters and local ads.
Lead Analysis: Monitor where our calls and inquiries are coming from and report on the effectiveness of different marketing channels.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of experience or degree in marketing, preferably in the home services or construction industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media management tools, basic graphic design , and email marketing software (Mailchimp or similar).
Communication: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to turn technical electrical concepts into "layman’s terms" for homeowners.
Personality: A "self-starter" attitude. You don’t wait for instructions; you see a project and ask, "What can be done next?"
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Delaware County/Main Line area market is a significant plus.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
