The world can\'t wait.You Have:5+ years of experience with leading cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, developing roadmaps, and managing risk5+ years of experience with managing AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud infrastructure efforts2+ years of experience with leading capture activities for government acquisitions, including DoD government contracts, acquisition, and proposal processesExperience with end-to-end management of program and project lifecycle, such as initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closureExperience running Agile development practices and organizing team sprints, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessionsExperience with preparing, maintaining, and regularly communicating program documentation, roadmaps, project plans, budgeting priorities, and dashboards to senior stakeholdersExperience monitoring team performance and resource allocation to maintain productivity levels across multiple workstreamsAbility to collaborate across engineering, program managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of architecture plans with broader organizational goals and project timelinesSecret clearanceBachelor\'s degree in science, technology, engineering, business administration, or systems managementNice If You Have:Experience managing programs working across multiple cloud providers or classification levels on the same programExperience on a large defense program or with a major systems integrator, including delivering under bureaucratic friction without losing technical momentumKnowledge of Agile Earned Value Management (EVM), budgeting, and project scoping best practicesKnowledge of government cybersecurity process, such as NIST SPs relating to RMFPossession of excellent writing skills for preparing technical documentation, diagrams, program presentations, risk assessments, and debrief reportsMaster\'s degreeProject Management Professional or Agile CertificationClearanceApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; secret clearance is required.CompensationSalary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the\'s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of the company\'s total compensation package.
