In this role, you'll play a critical role in directing production efforts within our state-of-the-art facility, ensuring the efficient and high-quality manufacturing of food and beverage products for consumers worldwide.Responsibilities:Lead and motivate production teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity.Coach, mentor, and develop your team members, helping them reach their full potential.Effectively communicate with team members, managers, and other stakeholders.Maintain accurate and detailed production documentation.Required Qualifications:Possess a four-year technical degree, with a strong preference for Mechanical Engineering.Demonstrate exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills for problem-solving.Maintain a deep understanding of safety regulations and ensure strict compliance within your team.Lead with a blend of strong communication, positive energy, and a passion for driving success.Effectively document processes and procedures for clear and consistent operations.
