Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Administrator to support and enhance their enterprise ServiceNow environment. This 6-month contract offers a hybrid schedule in Boston and the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining platform stability, performance, and governance. Core Responsibilities Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules. Manage user access, roles, groups, and permissions to ensure secure and compliant operations. Monitor platform health, performance, and integrations, resolving issues proactively. Support upgrades, patches, and release management activities. Maintain CMDB accuracy and support discovery, service mapping, and data quality initiatives. Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders to implement enhancements and best practices. Create and maintain documentation, including configuration standards, procedures, and knowledge articles. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator in a mid-to-large enterprise environment. Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow administration best practices. Hands-on experience with user administration, CMDB, workflows, and platform configuration. Familiarity with integrations, discovery, and service mapping is highly desirable. ServiceNow Administrator certification (CSA) strongly preferred. Ability to work in a hybrid schedule in Boston, MA.
