The Common Market is a spin on the general store of the past - part deli, part provisions and plenty of beer and wine to make everyone happy! The Retail Hustler is hard-working, outgoing, punctual, and consistently provides high-quality customer service. Retail Hustlers work as a team to maintain a welcoming, clean, and well-stocked space. This is the baseline expectation for continued employment, and there is a clear path for those who consistently exceed this baseline for advancement within a growing company! This is a part-time opening position averaging 25 hours per week with potential to pick up more hours/shifts. Typical shift starts at 7:30am and runs until 2:30pm-3:30pm.
