FUKUHARA & BLACKSTONE - The Children’s Law Center LLLC is a growing Hawaii family law firm focused on child-centered advocacy, complex litigation, and reducing harm to families navigating high-conflict transitions.We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our growing family law litigation team. This position offers substantial courtroom experience, meaningful case responsibility, mentorship, and the opportunity to be part of an evolving approach to family law advocacy.Our practice includes:• Complex custody litigation• Divorce and paternity matters• Domestic violence proceedings• Guardian ad litem appointments• High-conflict parenting disputes• Child-centered and trauma-informed advocacyThe ideal candidate:• Is licensed in Hawaii or eligible for admission• Has strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills• Is comfortable managing litigation deadlines and court appearances• Values professionalism, collaboration, and strategic thinking• Can work independently while remaining highly communicative with the team• Has an interest in family law, litigation, child advocacy, or complex interpersonal dynamicsPrior litigation or family law experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.We are building a litigation team focused on excellence, collaboration, and reducing unnecessary harm within the legal system while still providing exceptional advocacy for our clients.Compensation:Competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience.To apply, please submit:• Resume• Writing sample• Brief cover letter describing your interest in the position
