Manager Software Engineering - U.S. Based Remote

If you're an experienced developer with expertise in React, Node.js, and cloud-native development, and you thrive on solving complex technical challenges, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable micro services and cross platform applications.- Develop high-quality, maintainable code in React for the front-end and Node.js for the back end.- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions, demonstrating technologies such as AWS, Azure, etc.- Solve complex technical problems and troubleshoot issues as they arise during development and production.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and standard methodologies.- Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies and incorporate them into our development process where applicable.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong focus on React and Node.js, and a minimum of 10 years of working experience.- Solid understanding of cloud-native development principles and experience with cloud platforms like AWS.- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and related libraries (e.g., Redux).- Experience with RESTful API design and integration.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks is a plus.
