Reporting directly to the Administrator, this is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment and is ready to make a lasting difference in both patient care and team performance.Please note: This is an on-site position and does not offer remote or hybrid work options.What You'll Do:Lead a high-performing, customer-service-focused business office team, including:Surgery schedulingPatient admissions and registrationInsurance verificationFinancial counselingYou'll be at the helm of key financial and operational functions, including:End-to-end revenue cycle managementMonthly financial closePayroll oversight for ~200 employeesAccounts payable/receivableCompliance with industry standards and internal policiesHiring, training, and performance managementLeading process improvement initiatives with autonomy and purposeWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field5+ years of business office management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleStrong background in payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and financial operationsFamiliarity with Advantx or similar automated accounting systemsProven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance teamExcellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skillsExperience working with a broad range of third-party payersA collaborative, can-do attitude and a passion for service excellenceWhy Join Gastro OneAt USPI, we don't just create better carewe create better careers.
