Lead Hardware Engineer ( Infotainment & Telematics)

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer with strong expertise in Automotive Infotainment and Telematics systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hardware circuit design, high-speed interfaces, and automotive controller development. This role involves working on next-generation connected vehicle platforms and multimedia systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop automotive hardware systems for Infotainment and Telematics controllersWork on analog, digital, mixed-signal, and high-speed circuit designDevelop and validate hardware interfaces including tuner, audio, Ethernet, display, and camera interfacesPerform schematic design, component selection, and board-level bring-up activitiesConduct WCA (Worst Case Analysis), DFMEA, and FMEDA for hardware reliability and safety complianceSupport hardware debugging, validation, and testing activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including software, mechanical, validation, and system engineering teamsEnsure compliance with automotive quality and safety standardsSupport EMC/EMI testing and design optimizationRequired SkillsStrong experience in analog, digital, mixed-signal, and high-speed circuit designHands-on experience with Automotive Infotainment and Telematics controllersKnowledge of tuner, audio, Ethernet, display, and camera hardware interfacesExperience with WCA (Worst Case Analysis), DFMEA, and FMEDAFamiliarity with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and SPI/I2CExperience with schematic capture and PCB design toolsStrong debugging and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of automotive development lifecycle and standardsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldExperience in automotive electronics product developmentKnowledge of functional safety standards such as ISO 26262Experience with hardware validation and testing toolsFamiliarity with EMC/EMI compliance testing
