Working on site at the facility is required.Your Primary Responsibilities Will Be Facility & Equipment Maintenance ExecutionSupervise day-to-day maintenance activities and technicians supporting manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure. Ensure corrective and preventive maintenance activities are executed effectively to minimize downtime and sustain production readiness in a regulated manufacturing environment. Preventive Maintenance & Asset ReliabilityDevelop, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance plans for production equipment, building systems, and utilities. Track asset conditions, maintenance history, and recurring issues to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned outages. Work Order & Priority ManagementManage maintenance work orders via Maintenance software, prioritize requests based on production impact, safety, and operational urgency, and coordinate resources to meet manufacturing needs. Ensure maintenance activities are documented in accordance with internal procedures and quality system requirements. Regulatory & Quality System Compliance (Non-EHS)Ensure facilities, equipment, and maintenance activities comply with internal operating procedures and regulatory requirements applicable to highly regulated manufacturing environments. Support audits, inspections, and documentation reviews related to facility readiness, equipment condition, and maintenance records. Cross-Functional Coordination & Continuous ImprovementCoordinate closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, and EHS to support equipment installations, facility modifications, and process changes.
