This role offers exposure to some of the largest and most complex government entities in the country, including states, counties, cities, airports, ports, railways, and major federal compliance audits. You will lead engagements end-to-end while delivering exceptional client service and developing high-performing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead engagement planning, budgeting, execution, and client communicationsManage engagement economics, billing, and quality controlSupervise, mentor, and develop associates and senior staffResolve technical and client service matters independentlyMaintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for expanded servicesSupport firm initiatives, growth strategies, and professional organizationsQualifications3+ years of public or corporate accounting experience (SLG preferred)Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalentCPA license preferred or CPA-eligibleStrong communication, project management, and client service skillsWhy MGOWe offer flexible work arrangements, meaningful career growth, and a culture grounded in trust, inclusion, and purpose.Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 base salary, plus bonus program.#LI-Hybrid
