Finding the right fit takes time, and we welcome resumes year-round from those who align with our approach and values.Role DescriptionKaske Law is seeking a Family Law Paralegal to support attorneys in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This is a full-time 1099 contractor position. This is a hybrid role, and candidates must be able to reliably commute to the firm’s Dallas office as needed.This position is heavily focused on drafting and case management. The paralegal will assist with preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery, conducting legal research, managing case files, and tracking deadlines. The role requires the ability to support an attorney across all stages of a case, from intake through resolution, while maintaining organization and accuracy.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of Texas family law experience requiredStrong experience in drafting pleadings, motions, and discoveryExperience with legal research and case preparationAbility to manage a caseload of 30+ files alongside an attorney from start to finishExceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and deadline managementProven ability to meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environmentTech-savvy, with proficiency in Mac-based systems and legal softwareAble to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong communication skills for interaction with clients, courts, and team members
