The role offers strong earning potential, long-term stability, and a collaborative, team-based sales environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone and email to identify needs and provide solutionsReview blueprints and specifications to prepare accurate quotes, pricing, and lead timesCalculate material and processing costs for custom ordersEnter and manage orders, quotes, and customer data in internal systemsCoordinate with operations and sales teams to expedite orders and meet customer expectationsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships while handling questions, objections, and concernsQualifications2+ years of experience in manufacturing, machining, fabrication, or similar industrial environmentAbility to read and interpret blueprintsStrong math, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillsOrganized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, problem-solving environmentSalary & ScheduleBase salary up to $60,000 (based on experience)Commission based on gross profit (team-based structure)First-year expected earnings around $75,000
