We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Entry-Level Welding and Fabrication Helper to join our Equipment Division team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a hands-on career in a skilled trade.This role is ideal for someone who works well in a team environment, takes direction easily, and is committed to producing quality results while maintaining a safe and organized work area.Key ResponsibilitiesWelding of carbon and stainless-steel pipe and sheetsAssist senior technicians and fabricators with daily tasks and projectsPrepare materials by cleaning, cutting, and deburringMove and organize materials, tools, and equipment at the shop and job sitesSafely operate hand and power toolsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety protocols and proceduresTravel as needed for equipment installation or service visits to customersDemonstrate daily alignment with the A.R.I.E.S. WayAccountability, Reliability, Integrity, Expertise, and Safetywhile supporting Aries Chemicals Mission and advancing our Vision through decisions, behaviors, and performanceOther duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum Education: GED or equivalentExperience: Minimum of 1 yr of welding/fabricatingDrivers License: Valid Class D (Operator) licenseMechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skillsAbility to work well in a team setting and follow directionsPhysical RequirementsMust be physically fit and able to lift 5070 lbs. regularlyComfortable working from ladders, scaffolds, and liftsAble to wear a respirator when required (training provided)Must have no physical restrictions that would prevent safe job performanceAdditional RequirementsMust pass drug and alcohol screening testsParticipate in an in-person interview including a basic skills evaluationWillingness to travel when required
