It ensures alignment between Engineering Business Partners and Application Teams, driving predictable execution, transparency, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and standardize Agile ceremonies, cadences, and delivery frameworks across all pods.Partner with pod leaders to improve planning, prioritization, and execution.Implement unified reporting for sprint health, delivery predictability, risks, and impediments.Strengthen collaboration between pods to reduce silos and improve outcomes.Drive operational discipline around intake, backlog refinement, road mapping, and release planning.Mature the operating model and support cross-functional alignment with stakeholders.Skills & ExpectationsStrong communication and facilitation skills.Ability to influence across teams and bring structure without slowing delivery.Comfort operating at both tactical and strategic levels.Willingness to complete targeted Agile training to support the role.The Compensation range for this role is 185,000 to 200,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
