Talent Specialist
Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys is seeking a driven, professional, and highly organized Talent Specialist to support the continued growth of our firm across Central Florida.
This role will focus on identifying, attracting, screening, and presenting top talent for opportunities throughout our offices spanning Orlando, Tampa, Gainesville, Melbourne, and surrounding areas.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, people-focused, and understands the importance of building strong teams with high-performing individuals.
This is not a passive administrative role. The Talent Specialist will actively seek out exceptional candidates, manage the hiring pipeline, and work closely with leadership throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
Actively source and identify top attorney and non-attorney talent
Review and screen inbound applicants
Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluations
Present qualified candidates to leadership for consideration
Maintain a strong and consistent hiring pipeline
Build relationships with candidates and create a positive hiring experience
Coordinate interviews and assist throughout the hiring process
Communicate professionally and effectively with candidates and leadership
Support hiring needs across multiple office locations and departments
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve recruiting and hiring efforts
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously
Professional presence and sound judgment
Self-motivated and able to work with urgency
Comfortable engaging with high-level professionals and candidates
Prior recruiting, staffing, sales, legal, or professional services experience preferred, but not required
