Please find the below job description and request you to share me your resume to srinath.k@programmers.aiRole: Tester Technical Program ManagerTeam: Product Engineering (Server Tester Products)Location: Onsite to Santa Clara, CADuration: Full time with all the benefitsExperience: 5+yearsWhat You'll DoDeploy & Manage: Lead the global deployment, hardware/firmware management, and uptime of next-generation datacenter tester platforms across internal labs and global contract manufacturers (CMs).Lead Teams: Direct local and overseas validation teams to successfully transition new platforms.Drive Results: Manage tester KPIs at CM sites and regularly present status reports and optimization strategies to senior management.What We NeedExperience: 5+ years in Technical Program Management and datacenter systems manufacturing/testing.Vendor Operations: Solid experience collaborating with Asia-based manufacturing vendors.Education & Skills: B.S. in EE, CE, or CS; strong debugging, problem-solving, and global communication skills.
