Administrative Assistant

We are a provider of specialized fund administration services for Managers and General Partners of private equity funds, specifically: Buy‐out, Venture Capital, Real Estate and Fund‐of‐ Funds. For new General Partners, we provide consulting services to help accelerate the launch of their funds in addition to our full fund administration services. For established General Partners, we provide administration services and technology to whole fund families or select funds, to help scale their fund operations rapidly and efficiently.Job DescriptionStandish Compliance Services, LLC (Standish Compliance) is a premier Texas-based compliance services provider to private fund firms across the U.S. Standish Compliance is a boutique compliance practice that provides customized, high-touch outsourced compliance resources and expertise to private fund managers, including hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds, oil and gas funds, other alternative investment funds, and select family offices and private wealth managers.We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support office operations and cross-functional teams. In this role, you will help keep the office running smoothly by managing schedules, communications, documentation, and team coordination.
