Office AdministratorLocation: Vancouver, WA (fully onsite- two locations, 98660 or 98685)6-9 month contract to hire$28-31.25/hourJob DescriptionThe Office Administrator will support a large corporate office (100+ employees) as the primary administrative point of contact. This person should have experience supporting a similarly large, corporate environment and should intend on administration being their career, as this is a long-term opportunity and this line of business offers room for growth.Responsibilities include:Supplies and inventory management, for example ordering supplies and snacks and organizing them in the office appropriatelyFacilities support, for example calling a plumber or repairman as neededSupport for AP processes (AP duties not included, but they will prepare AP info to go to a third party finance team to prevent AP rejections)Preparing the office, catering, conference rooms etc. for visits from ExecutivesSupport organization and documentation for a fleet of about 14 vehiclesCoordinate with security and IT for key card access for any new hiresRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience in a true office support role (rather than executive support)Experience with a multi-line phone system for reception dutiesExperience with office vendor coordination and AP/invoicing supportNice to Have Skills & ExperienceExperience with Oracle, especially Oracle Horizon
