Quality Engineer

We prioritize a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement, empowering our team members to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients. *Job Purpose* Ensure products and processes meet quality and regulatory requirements by developing, optimizing, and maintaining quality procedures. Identify and resolve assembly-related issues, implement process improvements, and provide customer support. *Responsibilities* * Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures (QMS, WI, SOPs, etc.) * Investigate, document, and resolve production or customer issues (CARs, NCRs, RMAs, etc.) * Design and implement continuous improvement projects to improve capability and performance * Host customers and audits * Review customer requirements via contract review with an emphasis on space addendum * Lead root cause investigations for systemic production or quality issues and implement sustainable corrective actions (CAPAs) * Ensure compliance with industry standards such as IPC, ISO, and AS *Requirements* * *5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, specifically J-STD-001 Space Addendum or NASA* * Detail-oriented, organized, capable of multitasking with great time management skills * Comfortable with public speaking * Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills * Excellent cross-functional communication skills * Strategic and continuous improvement mindset with hand-on technical depth * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering * Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification * *Knowledge and expereince of IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, J-STD-001S)* Join us at Laritech Inc where your expertise will directly contribute to delivering exceptional software solutions while working in a supportive environment that values innovation and professional growth!
