Sr. Scientific Associate-Thermal Interface
Overview
In this role you will lead product analysis and testing to drive development and optimization of adhesives and related materials. You’ll collaborate with product management, production and sourcing to bring new products to market, while maintaining safety, quality and environmental standards. You will analyze data, publish findings, and seek opportunities to advance technology and performance in electronics applications. This is a cross-functional, innovation-driven role that shapes product lines and customer value.

Key requirementsPh.D in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or related field with 3+ years in product development; or MS in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science/related field with 5+ years; or BS in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science/related field with 10 years in product development experiencestrong collaboration and teamworkclear communication and presentationproblem-solving and analytical thinkingheat transfer materials and thermal interface productspolymer science (polymer chemistry, structure-property relationships)rheology
