The role includes managing phone communications, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support, delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with basic accounting tasks, and maintaining documentation. The Administrative Support III will be a key point of contact, ensuring smooth office operations and high-quality client experiences.QualificationsBilingual Required - Spanish/English.Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team membersStrong Administrative Assistance abilities, including scheduling, document management, and organizational skillsCustomer Service experience with a commitment to providing professional and courteous support to clientsBasic knowledge of Accounting to assist with financial tasksAttention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in relevant office software and toolsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant education in administration or accounting are a plus
