Quickbase Developer
Job Description:
Seeking a Quickbase Developer to transform manual business processes into streamlined, digitized workflows across Supply Chain operations for a major healthcare client. This is a Remote consulting position, EST hours. This role will design, develop, implement, and support scalable Quickbase applications that improve efficiency, data management, and process visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, configure, and implement Quickbase applications based on business requirements. - Build and maintain Quickbase tables, relationships, forms, reports, dashboards, permissions, workflows, and Pipelines/automations. - Develop and maintain internal and external system integrations and connections. - Create and maintain technical documentation covering application architecture, integrations, dependencies, Pipelines, and automations. - Maintain application documentation and knowledge within Confluence throughout development and the application lifecycle. - Provide technical expertise and ongoing support for existing and new Quickbase applications. - Perform data migration, application transition, deployment, and hypercare activities. - Troubleshoot application, integration, workflow, and data issues and implement appropriate solutions. - Identify, document, and promptly escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to appropriate business and technical stakeholders. - Support implementation of the organization's Quickbase Governance Plan, including development best practices, security, documentation, scalability, and long-term application sustainability.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on Quickbase development experience. - Strong experience with Quickbase application architecture, including tables, relationships, forms, reports, dashboards, and permissions. - Hands-on experience with Quickbase Pipelines, workflow automation, and integrations. - Experience with data migration and application implementation/transition. - Experience creating technical documentation and working with Confluence. - Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to translate complex business processes into effective low-code solutions. - Experience working within application governance, security, and development standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Supply Chain, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or other regulated environments. - Experience with APIs, web services, or other integration technologies. - Experience supporting enterprise-scale Quickbase environments. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
