Key Responsibilities:
Diagnostic Precision: Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to accurately identify issues with Ford vehicles.
Expert Repairs: Perform high-quality repairs and routine maintenance, including engine work, brake systems, transmission servicing, and electrical diagnostics.
Customer Interaction: Clearly communicate with customers about their vehicle’s issues, recommended repairs, and service options.
