This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact the quality of patient care across the U.S. and Canada.In this role, you'll provide device and software training and ongoing support to customers using Xstrahl's superficial and orthovoltage systems. Travel will be predominantly along the East Coast and into Canada, with occasional travel to other parts of the U.S. or globally as needed. Role OverviewAs a Field Clinical Applications Specialist, you'll serve as the clinical expert for Xstrahl's medical and dermatology customers, supporting both new and existing users with training and ongoing service. Your responsibilities will include:Providing clinical applications training to customers, both on-site and remotely, to ensure they are well prepared to operate Xstrahl equipment safely, effectively, and with the highest level of satisfactionDelivering clinical expertise in the use of Xstrahl's Medical and Dermatology systems, with a focus on Radiation Therapy in DermatologyDeveloping, evaluating, and implementing training materials for end users of our medical and skin product linesPerforming software upgrades, installations, and connectivity supportCollecting, evaluating, and reporting product compliance and performance data to inform risk assessments and meet regulatory requirementsTraining internal staff on the medical product range, user software, and clinical application of our systemsSupporting physicians and clinical staff through product demonstrations, procedure and case coverage, and device troubleshootingAssisting in managing customers' clinical expectations and providing continuing clinical and product support Documenting all activities accurately and promptlyTroubleshooting effectively and adapting to evolving clinical situationsQualificationsAssociate degree or certification in Radiation Therapy or a related field preferredMinimum of two years of clinical experience in Radiation Therapy and/or Dermatology, or prior field clinical support experienceWillingness to travel up to 80%Working knowledge of leading clinical information systems such as Aria and Mosaiq, with an in-depth understanding of clinical workflowStrong understanding of Radiation Protection principles and Radiation RegulationsExperience with Electronic Health Records and HIPAA complianceProficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365Ability to work independently in a goal- and solution-oriented mannerStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPositive attitude and a collaborative team approachWhy Join UsSalary range: $85,000-$95,000Annual bonus programPaid travel across the U.S., Canada, and worldwideComprehensive company-sponsored insurance coverageAccess to an award-winning Employee Assistance Program with 24/7 supportPersonal development plan with opportunities to learn and growSounds interesting?If this sounds like your next challenge, apply now, and we look forward to speaking with you.
