Job SummaryJob Profile SummaryAs a Retirement Plans Analyst - Senior, you will be a key part of the Retirement Plans team supporting the HR Strategy and Transformation division of Human Resources. This role assists with the design, administration, governance, and communication of our employee and retiree retirement plans, specifically the 401(k) Plan. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in 401(k) administration, demonstrate strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, have a passion for process improvement, and be comfortable communicating with employees at all levels, including leaders. This position is located in Tulsa, OK and offers a hybrid work schedule.Essential Functions And ResponsibilitiesMonitor and administer activities related to the administration of employee benefit plans with limited supervision including, but not limited to (as specified by position):Defined benefit retirement, 401(k) and profit-sharing plansEmployee stock purchase plan and stock award programExecutive Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation planAnnual open enrollmentMonitor trends in employee benefit plans to ensure plans are competitive and comply with governmental laws and regulations.
