Licensing Coordinator

Our client, a music-licensing non-profit, is seeking a Long-Term Temporary Licensing Coordinator to join their team ASAP (as soon as we find the right people). This is a fully open-ended temp contract with potential to convert to perm down the line if it's a mutual fit. The hours are 9am-5pm with an hour-long unpaid lunch break. This role is a hybrid schedule - 3 days/week onsite, 2 days/week remote. The hourly pay rate is $26.50/hr. Key Responsibilities: Understand and interpret license agreements and terms Manage compliance and collection activities according to established processes Provide administrative support to Resolution Managers and Key Account Managers Respond to licensee/customer inquiries and provide guidance on licensing portals Research and update contact and account information Maintain accurate records in ASCAP systems (e.g., CRM, invoicing, customer activity) Handle special projects as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role Exposure to contracts or licensing agreements is strongly preferred Experience in licensing, sales, or business development (music/media industry a plus) Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using Word, Excel, and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive Professional demeanor and ability to communicate effectively across all levels Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
