We're looking for a dedicated Bakery Assistant to support our daily operations, from preparing delicious baked goods to maintaining a clean and fun workspace. Responsibilities: Help craft a variety of baked goods, including pastries, breads, and desserts, with attention to quality and consistency. Follow recipes and instructions to deliver standout creations. Keep the kitchen sparkling and organized, following food safety standards. Safely handle ingredients and equipment like mixers, ovens, and knives. Assist in fulfilling catering orders for our lively events. Deliver excellent customer service, engaging with customers and helping with their orders. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and event timelines. Qualifications: Previous experience in a bakery or kitchen is a plus, but not required—we’ll teach you the ropes! Basic knowledge of food safety practices and handling techniques. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment while keeping an eye on the details. A willingness to learn and grow in baking and pastry arts. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends. A genuine passion for baking and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
