Requires an ability to calibrate with hiring teams to understand profiles and build pipelines of quality candidates to fill open positions. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, prior recruiting experience in the Legal industry is preferred. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
