We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our Specialist Manager, Analytics & Insights role between August 2026 - May 2027 for our People Analytics team.Recruiting for this role ends on July 16, 2026Work you'll doOwn Tableau dashboard development end-to-end - from managing collaboration with multiple stakeholders to define user stories and scope requirements through design, build, testing, and iteration - applying UX and data visualization best practices throughoutCreate strategic data visualizations that tell a story as well as operational dashboards (i.e., in support of executive presentations, summary of analytics projects, or as standalone dashboards) using Tableau, PowerPoint, and other toolsAdvise Talent leaders on key opportunities discovered by data and bring data into the discussionDevelop broad expertise in Talent data and reporting to understand the full landscape of Talent data systems and integrationsUsing existing infrastructure, define standards and guidelines for data flow and dashboard designAbility to balance detail (e.g., tracking nuanced client needs) with thinking strategically and holistically about underlying goals/needsAbility to communicate effectively with a broad set of clientsManage one dedicated junior resource, including their work deliverables, and collaborate with various other team members across Client & Reporting SolutionsA successful candidate would possess these skills:Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to mentor and provide clear guidance to othersThe TeamThe People Analytics Team collaborates across Talent and the business to uncover data-driven insights to solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational change inside of Deloitte. Our teams (e.g., reporting, data science, surveys, candidate assessments, evaluation) provide a holistic and client-centric approach that complements our wide range of analytical tools and methods to identify valuable workforce insights which, in turn, fuels the business.This role manages dashboard design and data visualization projects in People Analytics, translating complex talent data into intuitive, decision-ready dashboards for senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings advanced Tableau expertise alongside interpersonal skills to drive requirements conversations and the design sensibility to turn raw data into compelling visual narratives.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree8+ years relevant experience in project management, reporting, analytics, visualizationAdvanced Tableau expertise (critical): proficient in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Cloud, and Tableau Prep, including expertise in proficiency in calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameters, dashboard actions, performance optimization, publishing, and permissions managementDemonstrated ability to translate business questions into structured dashboard requirements, including soliciting and developing user stories and requirements, creating wireframes or mockups, and managing stakeholder sign-offExperience applying UX and data visualization principles to drive dashboard usability and adoptionStrong command of Microsoft Office skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables:In Excel, aggregate and analyze operational data to identify insights and trendsIn PowerPoint, tell a logically structured, succinct, and compelling story tailored to your audience; identify clear and actionable asksIn Word, create clear, concise, professional communications and resourcesIn Teams, effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiency and version controlAbility to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futurePreferred:Experience with design or wireframing tools (e.g., Figma)Knowledge of HR/People data domains, including deployment/resource managementKnowledge of data modeling best practices to support scalable reporting and analytics productsThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102500 and $188900Temporary employees are not eligible for Deloitte's health benefits, life insurance, PTO or subsidies offered through the Health & Fitness program.
