We radically increase access and improve quality of care by combining AI agents with clinical experts to take on high-impact clinical operations and care management activities for healthcare organizations.We're based in NYC, are growing rapidly, and are backed by $60 million in funding from Oak HC/FT, CRV, Black Opal Ventures, and experienced C-level healthtech angel investors.About the roleWe are looking for a driven, high-agency Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to Thesis's CEO and leadership team. This is a broad-scope role at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. You'll serve as a force multiplier for the leadership team as we scale and drive critical cross-functional initiatives spanning go-to-market, product, operations, and strategy. This role is designed for someone with a rigorous analytical foundation from top-tier consulting, venture / PE investing, or a high-growth startup who is ready to go deep on the operating side and own outcomes.Responsibilities:Drive strategic initiatives end-to-end: Own the highest-priority cross-functional projects from scoping and analysis through execution and follow-through. These will span commercial and go-to-market strategy, product planning, client deployments, operational buildouts, and other critical special projects based on company needs.Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team: Serve as a trusted thought partner on company priorities, strategic decisions, and emerging challenges. Help frame problems, pressure-test ideas, and bring structure and clarity to complex, ambiguous situations.Strengthen operational infrastructure: Identify gaps in processes, systems, and workflows across the organization and drive improvements that enable the business to scale.Accelerate go-to-market: Support sales operations, build client-facing materials, develop positioning frameworks, and help close strategic accounts alongside the leadership team.We expect you to have:Rigorous professional foundation: 4+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm, in venture capital or private equity investing, or in a high-impact operating role at an early-stage startup.Bias toward action and ownership: You thrive in ambiguity, take initiative without being asked, and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight.Demonstrated problem solving skills: You bring a hypothesis-driven approach to key challenges, identify root causes, and translate complexity into clear, actionable paths forward.Sharp analytical toolkit: Strong command of Excel and data analysis. You build models, define KPIs, and synthesize complex information into crisp recommendations. SQL or BI tool experience is a plus.Exceptional communication: You write clearly, present persuasively, and can tailor your message to audiences ranging from engineers to investors to clinical stakeholders.Healthcare interest: Prior healthcare or healthtech experience is a strong plus but not required. What matters is genuine interest in the space and a willingness to learn quickly.Target compensation for this role is $175-$200k+, plus equity and a generous benefits package.
