Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer (JavaScript / TypeScript / Serverless)Start Date: 14th September 2026Duration: 3 months Location: Remote within EUAllocation: 100% Full time Project: Cloud-native applicationsJob Summary:We are looking for a proactive, product-minded Full Stack Software Engineer to build scalable, cloud-native applications in a high-velocity agile environment.In this role, you will work end-to-end across our tech stack, leveraging TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and AWS Serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB) to deliver reliable, high-performance features. You won't just be writing code in isolation: you will collaborate closely with product managers, business owners, and designers in continuous Scrum/Agile sprints to translate business objectives into production-ready software.Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:End-to-End Development: Design, build, test, and maintain robust frontend and backend services using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks.Serverless Architecture: Architect and deploy event-driven microservices and serverless workflows utilizing AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch.CI/CD & DevOps Automation: Maintain and optimize deployment pipelines using Jenkins and cloud automation tools to ensure continuous, safe, and fast releases.Business Collaboration: Partner directly with business stakeholders and product owners to refine requirements, scope technical solutions, and provide transparency on technical feasibility.Agile Sprint Delivery: Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives) in a fast-paced, iterative delivery cycle.Code Quality & Mentorship: Write clean, modular, and well-tested code (unit/integration/E2E), conduct meaningful peer code reviews, and help raise team engineering standards.Required Skills & Competencies:Technical Proficiencies:6+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.Deep proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)Strong backend experience with Node.js (REST APIs, GraphQL, event-driven patterns).Hands-on production experience with AWS Serverless ecosystem (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB/RDS, SQS/SNS).Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).Familiarity with modern frontend component architectures (e.g., React, Next.js, or Vue).Experience with automated testing suites (Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or Mocha).Soft Skills & Working Style:Exceptional Communication: Ability to articulate technical trade-offs, timelines, and architectural decisions to non-technical business partners clearly.Agile Mindset: Comfortable with fast-moving priorities, rapid prototyping, and delivering incremental value sprint by sprint.High Ownership: Self-starter who takes end-to-end responsibility from concept to production monitoring.Nice-to-Haves:Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, AWS CDK, or Serverless FrameworkExperience with containerization tools Docker, KubernetesPrior experience working in high-growth startups or fast-scaling tech companies.
